Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow market share for flour premixes and ingredient blends.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in bakery, snack, ready-to-eat, and foodservice sectors.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with R&D teams, procurement managers, production leads, and business owners.
Provide consultative selling, offering customized technical solutions for each client's production requirements.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert advice on the formulation, application, and functionality of flour premixes (e.g., predust, batter, bread, cake, batter, and pastry applications) and food ingredient blends.
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations, technical trials, and solution-driven presentations at client sites.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the flour premix and food ingredients sectors.
Share insights and actionable recommendations with management and R&D teams.
Product Development Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D to tailor and innovate new premix solutions aligned with client needs and market trends.
Offer feedback for continuous product improvement based on field performance and customer input.
Training & Education:
Lead technical training sessions and workshops for both internal teams and clients.
Develop educational materials to increase understanding of Beneva’s flour premix technologies and applications.
Reporting and CRM Management:
Maintain thorough documentation of sales activities, technical trials, customer communications, and project status updates.
Use CRM tools for pipeline management and sales reporting.
Industry Representation:
Represent Beneva at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to showcase our premix solutions and establish new client connections.
Compliance and Ethical Standards:
Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines, external regulations, and the highest ethical standards in all sales and customer interactions.
