Data & AI Consulting Manager

We are seeking a Data & AI Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of direct AI experience. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end data science and AI projects, from data collection to model deployment, and will have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.

• Consulting & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into data- and AI-driven solutions.
• Model Development: Perform in-depth data analysis and develop, train, and validate machine learning models for predictive modeling, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Project Management: Take ownership of project deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Communication: Clearly communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Governance & Compliance: Design, implement, and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations such as PDPA and GDPR.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and AI, applying new technologies to drive business value.
  
  
  

• Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in direct AI.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and SQL, and hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrable experience in leading or playing a significant role in the full lifecycle of data science and AI projects.
• Client Management: Proven ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• AI Governance: Familiarity with data and AI governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK, NIST AI Risk Management Framework) and experience in implementing related projects is preferred.
