Employee Service Operations

• Oversee day-to-day management of canteen operations, employee transportation, uniforms, and locker facilities to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain service standards and solve issues quickly.
• Lead the annual bidding and contract renewal processes for canteen and transportation services with transparency and compliance.

Disability Shop

• Operate the company’s Disability Shop with responsibility and purpose.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, B.E. 2550 (2007), ensuring that all services and resources provided align with the legal framework and promote the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities.

Employee Service Satisfaction Monitoring

• Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction with services provided.
• Design and implement service satisfaction surveys and feedback channels.
• Analyze feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field, preferably with a strong academic background.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or employee relations. Experience in canteen or facilities management is highly preferred.
• Experience in handling conflict resolution, labor laws, and internal policy enforcement.
• Previous experience in managing a team or handling complex employee relations issues is highly desirable.
• Able to work late or extended hours when required (e.g., events, urgent coordination).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of English (spoken & written).
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic data analysis or reporting tools.
