• Experience : At least 5 years’ experience in an HR function and at least 3 years of management experience.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree holder related to Human Resources Management
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience using Microsoft Offices and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people of all level in an organization.
• High level of skills in handling sensitive and Confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Contributes to the accomplishment of HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance environment emphasizing on efficiency, teamwork, continuous personnel improvement whilst adhering to ethical practices and keeping ones integrity intact
• Helps with the implementation of services, policies and improvement programs; reports to the HR Manager and assists other department heads with HR concerns
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge in Labor Laws is an advantage
