หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Control and monitor product quality during the production process (IPQC)
Conduct in-process inspections, measurements, and testing according to control plans and work instructions
Analyze in-process defects and quality issues using problem-solving tools (5W1H, 4M, QC 7 tools, CAR)
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
Verify process compliance with quality standards, specifications, and control plans
Support line audits, process audits, and internal audits
Monitor process capability and key quality indicators during production
Prepare IPQC reports, inspection records, and quality documentation
Support customer requirements related to in-process quality control
Provide guidance and training to IPQC inspectors/operators on quality standards and procedures

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)
1–5 years of experience in QA / IPQC / QC in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / customer-specific requirements (if applicable)
Experience with measurement tools and inspection equipment
Familiar with problem-solving methodologies and quality tools
Able to work under pressure and support production operations

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness
Ability to work cross-functionally
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in IPQC for [specific industry/process]
Knowledge of SPC, Control Plan, PFMEA
Experience working with production lines and mass production
