Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd. The sole distributor of HINO trucks and buses in Thailand for 60 years and the topmost well known and reliable brand from users, is now looking for experienced and energetic professionals to enhance our operations.
- Conduct all recruitment and selection process; job posting, sourcing, application screening, arranging test, etc.
Prepare interview schedules, appoint, confirm and complete interview schedule with external candidates.
Prepare interview documentation for interview session.
Handle filing profiles of candidates and ensure that all will be in place and accessible.
Control the process of medical check up and prepare working contract for new staff.
Create applicant sources by searching and contacting community, university, employment agencies, recruiters, media, outsourcing company, and internet website, etc.
Promote awareness of Branding Hino and company in the job market by engaging in Job Fair, Campus Recruitment, all means of social networking.
Create and design recruitment media (poster, brochure, etc.)
Manage, advertise, and searching for student intern
Support other HR, employee relations activities in required by Department.
Any other works which may be assigned by company.
Requirements
Age not over 30 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields with GPAX of at least 2.50
New grads are welcomed
Proficient in computer usage, especially in Microsoft Office and Canva
Good level of English proficiency.
Ability to drive with a valid driver's license. (No need to own a personal car)
